Come to a tasteful evening on Sunday, February 13th, 2022, when we invite to a sustainable gathering at Domestic with chef- and waiter apprentices from a handful of close colleagues in East Jylland.

On this special occasion, our bright and passionate students have the full control over restaurant and kitchen, which means they have an open opportunity to be creative when they combine a delicious menu themselves.

With this team for the evening there is a guarantee of a lovely experience, when the students give their take on a sustainable dinner. Focus on the climate debate and internal learning same as food waste, the menu will consist of local ingredients chosen with organic and animal welfare in mind. The beverages will likewise be homemade or handpicked from a natural green principal.
