WINEMAKER DINNER

We’re thrilled to welcome Guillaume Marko from Domaine Cellier aux Moines and Domaine de Mont Bessay. Guillaume will not only share his passion for biodynamic wines but also take you on an inspiring journey through Burgundy. Throughout the evening, he’ll explain how he works in harmony with nature, allowing biodiversity to shape every bottle – from the vineyard all the way to your glass.

Guillaume Marko

Guillaume Marko is an exceptionally talented winemaker. In 2015, Philip Pascal invited him to lead Domaine Cellier aux Moines in Givry, Burgundy, after Guillaume had made a name for himself at Domaine de la Romanée-Conti.

A SPECIAL APPROACH TO WINE

.It quickly became clear that Guillaume had a real gift for taking wines to the next level. Indeed, for him, winemaking isn’t just about crafting excellent wines – it’s about respecting nature and working sustainably to allow the vineyards’ full potential to truly shine.

In 2021, Guillaume and Philip launched a new venture by building a winery from the ground up – Domaine de Mont Bessay in Beaujolais. Not only are the wines from both estates known for their distinctive character, but they are also celebrated for their exceptional ageing potential.
