Anders will share his passion for biodynamic wines and take you on an inspiring journey to the Pfalz region, where Odinstal’s wines are crafted. During the dinner, he will share insights into how respect for biodiversity and sustainable principles form the foundation of every bottle.
For nearly two decades, Andreas Schumann has been crafting wines at Weingut Odinstal in Pfalz, Germany. He is regarded as one of the most significant and inspiring winemakers of his generation, consistently pushing the boundaries of what is possible both in the vineyard and the cellar. Among German winemakers, he is widely seen as a mentor, generously sharing his knowledge, dedicating time to teaching, and challenging traditional norms.
For this special evening, we have created a unique experience where Andreas’ wines are paired with a menu with four snacks and five dishes that celebrate the best of Danish winter produce. Each dish is carefully selected to highlight the flavors of the wines from Odinstal.
