Our current menu celebrates the very best that the forest, fields, and sea have to offer during the autumn months, complemented by preserved greens from the summer’s pantry. Local organic, hearty vegetables, partridge from the northern Jutland wetlands, as well as seasonal mushrooms and shellfish – all carefully selected to give you a taste experience that captures the very essence of autumn.

Our menu follows the changing of the seasons, so in other words it is nature that determines its content. This means that our ingredients can change from day to day, depending on what the wind and the weather permit.

Under all our menus, you can find the total price for the food, including our drink pairings. If you prefer to explore our wine list, you have the option to purchase a selection of beverages by the glass or bottle.
